Please note: Customized clubs are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

You can return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

To Start a Return

Visit our returns portal and log in with your order number and email address. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email.

Return the items in their original product packaging to the address shown on the label. Orders returned before a request has been approved will result in a delay in obtaining your refund.

Custom and Customized Clubs

Custom-built and customized clubs are final sale and are not eligible for the returns portal. If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us directly at orders@ca.dunlopsports.com and include the following:

• Your Name
• Your Order Number
• The Product in question 
• A description of the issue

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

Credit for the returned items is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. A refund will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 business days of the date that the return has been accepted. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

If the return is a result of our error, Dunlop Sports Americas will compensate you for the return shipping.
