I'm owner of the previous model of this club which I liked and used in a lot of different situations, I purchased this newer model because I liked the look of it more than it's previous version. It looks more like an real golf club now.
The appearance of the club at address is much more appealing without that big bulky sole sticking out the back. The shaft is longer than the old version which works better for me as I sometimes use it for 3/4 swing shots.
The feeling of the club at impact is also much better (softer) than the old version. The versatility of this club makes it a great addition to the bag. I really enjoy it and I think golfers of all level shout have it in their bag. Golf snobs will never use it, but it's their loss.
If your goal is to make the game easier, this is a must!
