  • Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

    You can return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless otherwise noted, the refund will be for the full value of the returned items. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@ca.dunlopsports.com to obtain authorization and a return number.

    Please note: Customized clubs are FINAL SALE.

  • Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

    Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

  • To Submit a Claim: Fill Out Warranty Claim Form.

    You've got two options for the best service:

    Option 1: For items bought in-store, return to the same location and they will assist you with your warranty.


    Option 2: Fill out the form on the link above and we will respond to you with the next steps within 2 business days.

  • Dunlop Sports Americas processing times before shipping are noted below and apply to all shipment methods, keep in mind these time vary depending on product availability and time of year. Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).

    • Stock Product: 1-3 Business Days
    • Custom product: 2-4 Business Weeks

    Some orders may be delayed to ensure safety of our team members while building and shipping your clubs, but rest assured we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.
